The definition of writing is: The act or process of producing and recording words in a form that can be read and understood.
In our daily life we mostly write to convey an idea. We write emails and texts to share information, assign and discuss tasks, or plan and complete work.
We write to each other about entertainment possibilities, work possibilities, ways to care for ourselves and our family members. We write about standards, rules, laws, expectations, and agreements. We write about recipes and topics that we find fascinating.

We write to inform people about new products, news stories; creatively we write poems about emotion, love, and hardship.
We write short stories and long manuscripts for entertainment – webbing a series of interwoven events together for readers and authors alike to escape into.
All the above examples are external forms of writing – where we write to collaborate or explain or convey plans and ideas to someone else for their understanding, their job, entertainment, etc.
When we write, it's important to have clear, accurate, and compassionate communication and efficient writing habits too.
With our writing, we create world progress, businesses expand, and lives change, hopefully all for the better.
